PROFILE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- Arokodare M. A. FCA, (Chairman)
Mr. Arokodare is a former Group Executive Director of Finance and Accounts in NNPC. He is a seasoned professional with salient experience in banking, Accounting and Finance. He sits on the board of Abucoop Microfinance Bank as the Chairman. The best graduating student of his Faculty 1982, he holds MBA in Finance.
- Okonkwo G. C. FCA.(Alternate Chairman)
Mr. Okwonkwo is currently the GGM Finance NNPC/MD NNPC Capital who has worked in various departments in NNPC including the London Office of the NNPC. As a board member he occupies the position of Alternate Chairman of the Bank and also the chairman of the Credit Committee of the Board. He holds MBA in Finance.
- Odjoji P. O. (Director)
He is the Former GGM Admin at Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG) and former General Manager, Human Resource with NNPC. He is a seasoned professional with vast experience in Human Relations and Labour Law. He is the chairman of the Finance and General Purpose Committee of the Board. He holds BA in Philosophy and a master’s degree in industrial and Labour Relations.
- Mustapha Mohammed (Director)
He is the Executive Director (Services) of PPMC, a subsidiary of NNPC; He is a seasoned professional accountant with vast experience in Accounting and Finance. He is the chairman of Audit Committee of the Board. He holds B.Sc in Accounting and MSc Energy & Environment Economics.
- Ogunbayo Olalekan. (Director)
He is a senior staff in the Corporate Account of the NNPC Head Office (Financial Investigation) and has several years of experience. He is the immediate past president of the NNPC Staff Multipurpose Staff Co-operative Society Abuja and holds masters degree in Finance.
- Abubakar Suleiman. (Director)
A Director of Abucoop Microfinance Bank is a senior staff at NNPC and has several years of experience in Human Resource management relationship and general Administration. Also he is the incumbent President of the NNPC Staff Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd. A holder of the prestigious School of African Microfinance (SAM) certificate.

He is a staff of NNPC and an experienced Banker. Presently, he is the Technical Assistant to the Deputy Group Managing Director /Group Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) and the Treasurer of NNPC Staff Abuja Multi-purpose Staff Co-operative Society Ltd. He holds Bsc (Accounting) and MBA. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI).
- Jegede Emmanuel (Director) Managing Director/CEO
Mr. Jegede Emmanuel has an MBA degree in Marketing. A highly skilled, Seasoned and Certified Banker by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) with proven experience of 18 years, his experience spans through developing successful credit risk and business strategies. He also holds the prestigious certificate of School of African Microfinance (SAM).

Mr. Odumosu M. K. is a seasoned lawyer and surveillance/investigation officer at NNPC Head office Abuja. A member of Nigeria Bar Association.
